Change Forum Layout

You can barely see the text with that background.
And it seriously doesn't match at all with the rest of the forums.

I suggest moving that background behind the large "CasualityMS" banner.

Probably just having a 1 imaged background and not tiled would be the best idea.
Quick reply would be nice too but it's still under development

This is nowhere near an official look for our forum, I've just been focusing on more important things considering we are in Beta the looks of our forum doesn't really matter to me at the moment over coding. Anyways Eve is helping make a backround and i'll use it for now, we can just make the forum pretty simple and not orgasm worthy 'till I actually have time.
