Lvl 10:Captain Al, Who Are You? This gets you 10-18
Lvl 18:Danger <1-G. Mushroom>. This gets you 18-25
Lvl 25:Polluted! <2-Curse Eye>. This gets you 25-30(Collect 50 Tails for other quest)
Lvl 30:Train on Curses eyes to 31. This gets you 30-31
Lvl 31:Polluted! <2-Curse Eye>. This gets you to 34(Collect 40 tails for other quest)
Lvl 34:Cleaning Up Helios Tower. This gets you to 35
Lvl 35:Strange dish 1. This gets you to 36
Lvl 36:Strange dish 2. This gets you to 39
Lvl 39:Lazy little Calico. This gets you to 40
Lvl 40:Information For Dr.Kim. This gets you to 41
Lvl 41:Stange dish 3. This gets you to 44
Lvl 44:The rice quest with the two brothers. This gets you to 45
Lvl 45:The Lost Seed. This gets you to 45 with around 70-90%

Personally I'd like to see the Goblin Tale quest included in this due to the fact you can get some pretty neat equips at the end of it and the fact that you get some nice exp out of the prequests for it as well as the storybook quests. And most boss quests yield pretty good exp as well.
