JQ's (title to short :( )

The JQ's that you get from that chick in Kerning can be started but since Jake doesnt work they can't be finished.

Also the JQ's from the old dude in Lith Harbour can be started but can't be completed due to Mysterious Statue not working.

Off the topic of JQ's, Tangyoon doesnt warp you to the Stable so the quest Finding Fresh Milk is unable to be completed and also you can't finish the quest Abel's Glasses since the 2 spots where the glasses are hidden dont respond.

Shumi's JQs are now fully working.

(I had to make a Ticket Reader from scratch, the way it works is kind of like Spinel and i'll clean it up later, it doesn't charge tickets simply because it doesn't matter and is just extra useless code for me)

I'm working on the other JQs now. Thanks for the report.
