mark of the beta hat

u should code the npc Nemi to give out mark of the betas in lith harbor for 10 days like in gMS.

Hmm, that should be reallllyyy easy to do and would be a good excuse of an event. I think I just might do this. They are un-tradeable to so I don't really care if people get one on each character.
